Located in the Borgo, Agave is a charming one-bedroom apartment on the semi-basement level of the building. Once used as a storage space for the estate, it now features a small private courtyard with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests (2+2) and is furnished in traditional Tuscan rustic style.
The space is arranged with a lovely living room featuring an open-plan kitchen (equipped with fridge, electric hob, oven, and dishwasher). It also includes a dining table, flat-screen TV, and a sofa bed. 

The double bedroom overlooks the private courtyard and is adjacent to a comfortable bathroom with shower and washing machine.
