The apartments in this category are located on the first floor of the farmhouse of the Tenuta Guinigi Antico Borgo.

The spacious living room with kitchen is very bright and welcoming, thanks to its Tuscan rustic-style furnishings and the presence of all comforts (fridge, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine), as well as a comfortable sofa bed. 

The apartments feature a first double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a second double bedroom with a second bathroom, also with shower.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests (4+2).
